Our challenge: target patients requiring minimally-invasive procedures on their spine / joints who will pay out-of-pocket for medical care (even though their medical insurance would cover competitors).
We transformed their website, setup analytics, produced informative videos, ran search, display and social campaigns, setup automated emails and developed a reputation-management program. The result? Self-pay patients are up substantially.
