Sheila G. had a small brownie business that was being negatively impacted during the economic recession. She thought it would be great to sell just the thin crispy edges of the brownie at retail. We helped her get Brownie Brittle started, ramping from $0-$30 million in sales in just 3 years and still growing.

We helped her create a business plan, ecommerce-enabled website and build out ecommerce marketplaces (like Amazon), set up fulfillment systems, develop a wholesale order portal, run advertising campaigns, SEO programs and cultivate a massive army of advocates on social media.
